Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support payroll and benefits administration
  • Assist with recruitment logistics (scheduling, communications)
  • Help organise team events, engagement surveys, and training sessions
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Breathe, Personio, or BambooHR)
  • Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
  • Basic understanding of UK employment law and compliance
  • Relevant qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 3, Business Admin, or HR diploma)
  • Experience in a corporate or tech environment (preferred but not required)
