Career Soil is partnering with a fast-growing, remote-first tech company to hire an HR Coordinator. This is a vital role supporting employee onboarding, HR administration, and workplace culture across a distributed UK team.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Assist with recruitment logistics (scheduling, communications)
- Help organise team events, engagement surveys, and training sessions
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries
Requirements
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Breathe, Personio, or BambooHR)
- Attention to detail and discretion with sensitive information
- Basic understanding of UK employment law and compliance
- Relevant qualification (e.g., CIPD Level 3, Business Admin, or HR diploma)
- Experience in a corporate or tech environment (preferred but not required)
